
Best wishes for this upcoming year!!! It’s probably going to be a rough January, but let’s hope that things will only get better! Do you have any resolutions? I’m definitely going to stop obsessing so much about fitness (I even made a short video about it. It’ll probably become a podcast episode next season). If I don’t meet my goals for the day, then I won’t worry too much about it. After all, there’s always the next day. And the day after that. And you don’t, then #whatever.
